i was expecting a luxurious experience, not the nightmare of mediocre breakfasts and a fridge that didn’t work. how utterly disappointing. they could’ve at least provided a kettle to make my tea, but i guess they were saving their supplies for the 'selected' guests. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I appreciated during my week-long stay. The staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our experience more enjoyable. The rooftop chill zone provided a fantastic escape with lovely views, making it a highlight of my trip. I also enjoyed the spacious balcony which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and bustling streets. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, even if basic.

On a shocking second night, my wife's handbag was stolen right in front of us, and the manager's indifference was disheartening. It left us feeling unwelcomed and vulnerable.

The lack of multilingual support, especially in food labeling, made it a challenge for those with dietary restrictions!!! The small lift capacity resulted in inconvenient delays during busy times!!! The absence of a designated parking area created unnecessary hassle for those traveling by car!!!

the staff at melina were very attentive. and the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax after a day exploring. we were also close to cultural sites, just a short walk to the quaint old town.

A week spent in a comfortable double room with friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed free wine and juice with meals, but dinner options felt too repetitive. If you opt for full board, just prepare for similar dinners. Great location for exploring Benidorm!

Hotel Melina is well decorated, featuring clean spaces and excellent accessibility with carpeted corridors that greatly reduce noise. I appreciated the location near local restaurants and shops, allowing me to explore without too much walking.

More dining options for English travelers would help.

The room was pretty clean and spacious, which I liked. It had a balcony, but no fridge or coffee facilities, so that was a bit of a bummer. The beds were comfy, but you could hear neighbors chatting late, which got annoying. nothing too fancy, but definitely decent for the price!
